Changing Habits

I was recently turned on to Epipheo.TV by Lifehacker. They linked to a video on the site called, “The Power of Habit.”  It gave some insight into how habits are formed and a way to think about modifying your behavior by pairing rewards with certain cues to trigger a new desired behavior. Go check out the video. At under three minutes in length, it is time well spent if you are able to use it to break bad habits or form new better ones.
